Claire Langston founded HATCH in 2013 and heads up the design studio whilst overseeing the day to day running of the business.
With a degree in interior design and experience working within industry-leading creative teams such as Millington Associates, Elemental design and Prop Studios she has a wealth of industry knowledge.

Tom joined HATCH as Build Director in 2016. As a qualified carpenter his love of design and vast experience as a maker benefit HATCH at every stage of a project. Tom enjoys pulling together his team of makers and suppliers to deliver the most complex of projects.

Claire and Tom were married in 2015 and have two children.
